The development spans a 2,200 m² lot, enabling a unique blend of natural openness, smart urban planning, and beachfront leisure.

Akua offers studios from 23 m² to 43 m² and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 50 m² to 143 m² — many with private balconies and sea-facing layouts, all designed to maximize light, air, and flow.

The building includes one basement level, a ground floor with shops and leisure areas, four standard residential floors, and a rooftop designed for relaxation and connection.

Highlights include a beachfront pool with deck, fitness center, coworking lounge, gourmet terraces, laundry, reception lounge, celebration spaces, a 24/7 self-service market, and direct beach access — all designed with a hotel-style experience in mind.

Akua was designed by CRN Arquitetura with interiors by Bianka Gonçalves, and is developed and built by Urban Incorporadora — bringing together organic lines, functional elegance, and a deep connection to the sea.
