Urban Caribe is located at Av. Gov. Argemiro de Figueiredo, 5.315, in Jardim Oceania — a privileged stretch of João Pessoa’s coastline, just steps from the calm waters of Caribessa.

With 2,250 m² of beachfront land, the project offers open views, direct beach access, and space for vibrant tropical landscaping.

Caribe offers a wide range of layouts — from 24 m² studios to 143 m² garden units and duplex penthouses. Options include 1 or 2 bedrooms, all designed with light, privacy, and flow in mind.

The development includes one underground level, a ground floor with leisure and service areas, four typical residential floors, and a rooftop level featuring exclusive amenities and private terraces for upper units.

Amenities include an adult pool and children’s pool, fitness center, celebration lounge, coworking space, surfboard storage, pet area, playground, gourmet lounges, laundry, and lush gardens — all facing the sea.

Caribe was designed by Sandra Moura, a reference in contemporary tropical architecture. Developed by Urban Incorporadora, the project brings together elegance, light, and relaxed sophistication — all inspired by the colors and calm of the Caribessa reef.
