ARES Urban Design

Ares Urban Design is located at Av. Oceano Atlântico, 454, in the beachfront neighborhood of Intermares, Cabedelo/PB — one of the most elegant and peaceful stretches of the João Pessoa coastline.

The project occupies a 1,575 m² lot, allowing for a well-balanced composition of exclusive residences, leisure spaces, and stunning oceanfront views.

The development includes spacious 3-suite residences ranging from 128 m² to 160 m², as well as duplex penthouses between 197 m² and 228 m² — all east-facing, with two private parking spots and unobstructed sea views.

The building features one underground level, a ground floor with leisure and common areas, six typical residential floors, and a rooftop with  amenities and private terraces for penthouses.

Amenities include an adult pool, children’s pool, “prainha,” gym, coworking space, playground, toy room, gourmet lounges, celebration lounge, pet park, bike rack, indoor plaza, reception lounge, and rooftop garden with spa areas.

Designed by renowned architect Sandra Moura, Ares embraces a contemporary tropical aesthetic with fluid, sensorial lines. The project is developed and built by Urban Incorporadora, known for its modern approach, innovative conception and human-centered design.
