Veleiro

Veleiro is located in Formosa Beach, just 20 minutes from João Pessoa. Known for its crystal-clear waters, natural pools, and wide sandy shore, Formosa combines preserved nature and tranquility with easy access to the city.

The project was conceived to be complete in what is essential: carefully selected materials and finishes, sea-facing façades, and spaces designed in harmony with the coastal landscape. Its concept emphasizes fluid layouts, integration, and the feeling of being in a permanent summer retreat.

Veleiro offers 40 residential units with integrated and fluid layouts, featuring 2- and 3-bedroom residences with up to 3 suites, unit sizes ranging from 59 m² to 227 m², and options including garden units and duplex apartments. Large balconies with sea views are available in selected units.

The project is structured to offer comfort and functionality across all its levels. The basement features a terrace, a fully equipped gym, and bike storage. On the ground floor, residents are welcomed by a reception area that connects to versatile spaces such as the event hall, gourmet lounge, kids’ club, pet place, and guarderia — all surrounded by outdoor areas designed for leisure and interaction. The standard floors present a variety of two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 59 m² to 140 m², complemented by duplex units that reach up to 227 m². At the top, the rooftop reveals an exclusive three-level leisure area with adult and children’s pools, a shallow beach-style pool, children’s and upper lounges, and a private pool that completes the experience of living by the sea.

Veleiro’s leisure areas were designed to express the balance between contemporary architecture and the natural beauty of Formosa. The three-level rooftop offers panoramic views and includes lounges, a pool house, and swimming pools that invite relaxation and contemplation. A multipurpose event space with outdoor integration, a gourmet lounge for private gatherings, and a smart gym equipped for weight training, cardio, and open-air cross-training reflect the project’s focus on wellness and connection. Dedicated spaces for children, pets, and families — including a kids’ club, guarderia, and pet place — ensure that every moment spent here celebrates a fluid and essential lifestyle by the sea.
