Falésia is located on Seixas Beach, João Pessoa – PB, just steps from the natural pools of Seixas. It sits in one of the city’s most peaceful and desirable seaside areas, neighboring Altiplano and close to everything that matters.

Thoughtfully designed on a privileged beachfront site, the project offers a seamless connection between architecture, comfort, and the surrounding natural landscape.

Falésia offers 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with 1 to 4 parking spaces, distributed across two residential blocks and four floors, starting at approximately 64 m². The top floor features exclusive 3-bedroom duplex units ranging from 104 m² to 170 m², designed with double-height ceilings, enhanced privacy, and sweeping ocean views.

Falésia is distributed across five main levels. The basement features the parking garage, bike storage, general and refrigerated storage, generator, and delivery area. The ground floor offers selected 2- and 3-bedroom units with one or two parking spots, along with the main lobby, administration, delivery hub, and guest parking. The leisure floor includes a full range of amenities: wine bar, spa, gym, coworking, game room, party hall, barbecue area, toy library, kids' court, pools, gazebo, and direct beach access. From the first to the fourth floors, the residential units include 2- and 3-bedroom layouts — some duplexes with double-height ceilings — combining privacy, views, and a strong connection to nature.

The architectural concept was developed by Terruá Arquitetura, combining functionality with contemporary coastal aesthetics. Landscaping and botanical elements are curated by Patrícia Lago, bringing native vegetation and tropical serenity to every corner of the development.
