Hits was designed for a new rhythm of urban living in João Pessoa. Set in Altiplano, the city’s most desirable districts, the project brings together boutique-hotel sophistication and contemporary design in a compact, versatile residential concept. Hits is made for those who want to live, invest, or enjoy João Pessoa.
A façade designed with rhythm and identity, combining glass, concrete and metallic lattices in a refined play of light and shadow.
Hits is located on Rua Zuly Lacerda, Altiplano, João Pessoa/PB — a neighbourhood that combines sea views, urban convenience, and one of the most sophisticated residential atmospheres in the city.
From here, daily life stays naturally connected: Cabo Branco Beach is just a 5-minute drive away, the Federal University is 2.3 km from the project, and supermarkets, schools, gyms, shopping, and essential services are all within easy reach.
It is an address shaped for those who want the energy of the city without losing proximity to nature, the sea, and the lifestyle that makes João Pessoa increasingly desirable.
Hits occupies a 1,950 m² land plot and introduces a new architectural rhythm to Altiplano. Inspired by urban beats, its façade combines concrete, glass, and metallic lattices to create movement, identity, and a distinctive play of light and shadow.
The project was conceived with the atmosphere of a boutique hotel: elegant, contemporary, and highly functional. From the entrance to the rooftop, each space was designed to translate design into lifestyle.
With a strong visual identity, noble materials, and an international aesthetic, Hits is positioned as a versatile project for living, investing, or enjoying João Pessoa with a more cosmopolitan sense of comfort.
Hits is a single-tower residence with 240 units, offering compact and efficient layouts designed for different lifestyles, from singles and couples to investors and frequent travellers.
The residences include studios of 24.78 m², 1-bedroom apartments of 37.76 m², 1-suite apartments of 45.57 m², and 2-bedroom apartments of 65.74 m², including one suite.
Each unit was designed around intelligent use of space, natural light, integrated environments, and contemporary finishes — compact in size, but ambitious in design and lifestyle potential.
Hits is organised across a clear vertical structure: two basement levels, ground floor, ten typical residential floors, and a rooftop leisure level.
The ground floor introduces the project’s hospitality-inspired experience, with a refined social hall, water mirror, lounges, natural elements, and an atmosphere that blends sophistication with warmth.
Above, the residential floors bring together efficient layouts and contemporary living solutions. At the top, the rooftop becomes the project’s signature leisure destination, with open views, tropical landscaping, and spaces designed for relaxation, social moments, and sea-facing contemplation.
Hits offers a complete set of amenities designed to make everyday life more practical, pleasurable, and connected to contemporary urban living.
The common areas include a rooftop swimming pool with deck and solarium, gourmet space, party room, gym, coworking, laundry, spa, social hall, pet place, bicycle storage, and barbecue area.
On the rooftop, leisure becomes a viewpoint: the pool reflects the sky, lounges invite slow moments, tropical gardens create a sensory refuge above the city, and bungalows extend the experience of rest, privacy, and sea-facing relaxation.
Developed by Urban Incorporadora, Hits reflects the company’s contemporary design ethos and its growing presence in João Pessoa’s most desirable addresses.
The architectural project is signed by F. Cabral Arquitetura, with interiors by FCBRL Interiores, bringing together technical precision, aesthetic clarity, and a strong sense of urban sophistication.
Hits is designed as a landmark for Altiplano: a project where architecture, hospitality, functionality, and lifestyle move together — creating not just a place to live, but a new rhythm for the city.
